Solomon, this is brilliant. There are 5 LED's on each side of the sensor bar. I'm sure there would be enough power for a small fan.
Also, many people already are using products like this http://www.nyko.com/nyko/products/?i=101.
Just wait, in 6 months you'll see a "sensor bar port" powered-fan, wireless sensor bar combo pack on store shelves near you.
