I love this country, but this is what's wrong with our court system: charges could be dropped, proved baseless or, after trial, a person could be found innocent of criminal cases, and then they get slapped with civil suits alleging the same thing for which they have already been exonerated.
Now, do I think there's price-fixing going on? Possibly; I know graphics cards are too expensive for me. But the Department of Justice and the Trade Commission found the ideas baseless and now, as if we can't trust our highest law enforcement agencies, we get to slap these corporations with a lawsuit in civil court? Screw that.
