Well, no reason to even consider the 2900 XT unless you got cash to throw away and a huge underutilized power supply already.Drivers may help but not enough. Too little too late. Or is it too much (heat,power,size) too late?Hopefully their next gen product will blow away the competition and have more reasonable power demands. And maybe the 2400/2600 will end up being the best of the value segment, but that's also to be seen.

Hopefully their next gen product will blow away the competition and have more reasonable power demands.
