Skype is definitely a hot word at CES 2006 as
evidenced by the
numerous new products to make you
more Skypeable. USRobotics is gettin' in on the game with their USR9610 Speakerphone for Skype. It might look like a
futuristic uncomfortable seat-cushion, but it's actually a full duplex, USB speakerphone. Featuring echo-cancellation,
volume controls and a mute button, the USR9610 helps you lose those dreaded headphones that muss your hair. $50 lets
you Skype the night away without the cord sometime later this month.

Gee, Skype USB this, USB that. I really wish more of these products implemented WiFi or at least ethernet. I don't really like the idea of having to plug these into a comptuer everytime.

Nice timing. I was just talking to somebody about putting a Skype speaker phone (SSP) in our conference room.
Does anyone have experience with any SSP currently avaiable?
